These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 10ji ("10ji," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 10ji.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

10ji operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), which governs all lawful online gaming activity in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms are governed by Philippine law and must be read in conjunction with 10ji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the complete agreement between 10ji and each registered Player.

These Terms apply to all services provided through the 10ji platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, arcade and fish shooting games, virtual table games, promotions, bonus programs, and payment services. Where specific terms apply to a particular product or promotion, those specific terms supplement — and in case of conflict, supersede — the general terms set out in this document.

Access to and participation in 10ji's gaming services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during the use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law as enforced by PAGCOR. 10ji does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and where 10ji is authorised to provide services. 10ji reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where it does not hold the applicable licence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period with 10ji or any PAGCOR-registered gaming programme.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) registered account on 10ji at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Funds: You must be playing with funds that lawfully belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.

3.1 Registration Process

To access 10ji's gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the registration form. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.

Required registration information includes, at minimum: a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique password, your date of birth (confirming you are 21 or older), and confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. 10ji may require additional information at any time for KYC purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10ji Login credentials. You agree to notify 10ji immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 10ji will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• You must not share your account password with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 10ji account, even temporarily.
• 10ji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You should enable two-factor authentication where available for enhanced account security.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at 10ji's reasonable discretion, you may be required to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of your registered payment method. Accounts that cannot pass KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

10ji accepts deposits through a range of payment methods approved for use on the platform. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. 10ji reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 10ji does not charge deposit fees on GCash and Maya transactions. Third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, for which 10ji accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 10ji wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the applicable rate at time of processing.
• 10ji may limit or delay deposits as part of its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations under Philippine law.
• If a deposit fails to reflect in your 10ji balance, contact customer support with your transaction reference number before initiating any duplicate transaction.

10ji is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for verified accounts. Withdrawals are subject to the following terms and conditions, which 10ji may update periodically in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine financial regulations.

5.1 Processing Time

Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed on the same business day. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within two (2) to four (4) hours after approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) typically complete within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your 10ji account verification details.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be met or forfeited before a withdrawal of the corresponding real-money balance is processed.
• 10ji reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds, in compliance with AML requirements.
• Withdrawals may be declined or reversed if 10ji has reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms.

10ji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer and to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are offered to personal account holders only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless stated otherwise.
• 10ji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time or to disqualify players found to be abusing bonus systems.
• Players may opt out of bonus offers at any time by contacting 10ji customer support prior to making a qualifying deposit.
• Bonus expiry periods apply to all offers. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero contribution to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the 10ji platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology, or — in the case of live dealer games — physical dealing and spinning performed by professional dealers under live camera. All game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be manipulated by 10ji or any player.

7.1 Game Integrity

10ji's third-party game providers are independently audited for RNG fairness and game integrity compliance. Published Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages across large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session results. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error, game malfunction, or technical failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 10ji reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the stake to the player's account. Winnings resulting from a manifest error are not payable. 10ji will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve technical errors promptly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10ji platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 10ji reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities — in response to any of the following:

• Registering or using a 10ji account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Opening, maintaining, or using more than one account on the 10ji platform ("multi-accounting").
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account on 10ji.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times.
• Colluding with other players in table games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 10ji's platform.
• Engaging in any activity that 10ji reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the 10ji platform.

10ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit associated balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from the player's payment provider.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• The account holder becomes subject to a self-exclusion or exclusion order.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms exists, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulties, or recovering previous losses.

10ji provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players through their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your 10ji account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of 10ji.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing the duration of your gaming session and your net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account from gaming activity for a defined period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 10ji platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

All content on the 10ji platform — including but not limited to the 10ji brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive property of 10ji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 10ji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 10ji content; use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform; or remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 10ji's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the 10ji platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10ji shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; damages resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform; or service interruptions caused by events outside 10ji's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failures, or denial-of-service attacks.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the 10ji platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 10ji, both parties agree to first seek resolution through 10ji's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a formal complaint to 10ji customer support, which will be acknowledged within two (2) business days and resolved within thirty (30) calendar days wherever possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 10ji's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as 10ji operates under PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. Any further legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

10ji reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 10ji will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed upon your next 10ji Login, an announcement on the 10ji website, or a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the 10ji platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published at 10ji.vip/terms-conditions.
